Join us every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. for a group run.
Group trail runs begin Monday May 3, 2010 at Heritage Park at 6:00 pm. These runs will continue until the end of October. The group meets in the parking lot at the Stubnitz Center (follow the signs back to the woods).

Join us February 13, 2010 at Heritage Park in Adrian, Mi for the Frosty Five - 5 Mile Trail Run. SNOW (Maybe?) COLD (Probably!) HILLS (For Sure!). We will be running the course for this race every Sunday at 1:00pm starting in January.
